C. Klatt, Sr. was born on December 20, 1947 in Monroe as the twelfth child
of Otto and Elsie (Heiden) Klatt.He
married Anita L. Kelley on June 27, 1986.
Richard had three children.
Anita passed away on February 2, 2026. Richard died on Friday, April 2026 in
Monroe, Michigan.

Elsie (45) and Otto (49) were living at 1020 Harrison Street in Monroe.
Also living there were there children, Ervin (23), Harold
(21), Kenneth, Sr. (18), Marilyn (13), Norma Jean (12),
Robert (9), Linda (5) and Richard (2). Their son, Donald
(24) and his wife, Margaret (19) were also in the house. |
