Louise Waltina Kempker (Behm) Richardson was born on Tuesday, November 2, 1909 in Philadelphia. She was the daughter of Grover Cleveland and Elizabeth (Mugrauer) Behm.

In the 1910 census, Louisa was listed as living with her paternal grandmother, Sophia (Kempker) Behm at 2023 North Marshall Street in Philadelphia.

The 1920 census shows her living with her parents and siblings at 36 Newkirk Place in Camden City, Camden County, New Jersey. By 1928, she lived at 503 North Sixth Street in Camden City.

Louise was prominent on the program of an Annual Dance Review given by Mrs. Warrington's Little Studio in Camden City. It took place on June 5, 1925 at the Y.M.C.A. auditorium in Camden City.

On Wednesday, February 29, 1928 at the age of 18, she married John Berry Richardson (right) at 503 N. Sixth Street in Camden City, Camden County, New Jersey. Pastor Frederick W. Meyer of Grace Lutheran Church performed the ceremony.

They had one child, Jacqueline (Richardson) Harrington.

In the 1930 census, Louise, her husband and his mother, Katie Elizabeth Richardson, resided at 1404 Roanoke Road in Camden City. From October, 1935 to May, 1938 they, plus Louise and John's daughter, Jacqueline, lived at 2776 North Constitution Road in Camden City. Then from May, 1938 to January of 1943, the family address was 18 Watkins Avenue in Woodbury, Gloucester County, NJ. Their next move came in January of 1943 when they relocated to 555 Roberts Street in Camden City where Louise would live until 1960.

Louise and John separated on December 15, 1951 and were divorced on May 3, 1957.

Between March 30, 1960 and 1967, Louise and Bella Meenan lived at Court A-4, Canterbury Apartments in Camden City. She then moved to 2 Hunter Drive, Crestfair Apartments in Camden where she lived until 1970. From 1970 to 1990, Louise lived at 804 Collings Avenue in Collingswood, Camden County, NJ with her daughter, Jacqueline and her husband. Her last move came in January of 1990 when she took up residence in Apartment 502 and 30 Washington Avenue in Collingswood.

Louise did knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, etc., with great skill and energy. During her lifetime she created much beautiful handiwork. Louise participated in the following activities of Trinity Lutheran Church: To Please Him Class, joined April 1939; Ladies Aid Society, joined May 1939; Missionary Society, joined January 1940; and the White Banner Society, joined February 1940. of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Woodbury, Gloucester County, NJ. She was accepted into membership of of the St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 710 Collings Ave., Collingswood.

On April 26, 1995, Louise died at West Jersey Hospital in Voorhees, Camden County, NJ. She was 85 years old at the time of death and had been at the Care Inn of Voorhees Nursing Home in Camden since October of 1993. Burial took place at Lawn III, Section I, Lot 675 in New Saint Mary's Cemetery in Bellmawr, NJ.

Louise worked at several jobs during her life including compometer operator at Gimbel Brothers Department Store in Philadelphia. From November 5, 1953 to May 1, 1972 at her retirement, she was a statistical typist at RCA in Camden City.

John Berry Richardson was born on Monday, February 29, 1904 in Camden City. After his divorce from Louise, he married Charlotte Ann in Florida in 1957. They were divorced in 1960. He then married Catherine O. Roof in December of 1960. John died on March 8, 1982 in St Anthony's Hospital in St Petersburg, Florida at the age of 78.

The physician who attended Louise's birth was Dr. Walter S. Spiess. A family story claims that she was given the middle name Waltina in his honor.
