Lawrence Charles Behma was born on May 18, 1939 in New Jersey. He was the son of Edward Gilbert and Beulah (Hawes) Behm.

Lawrence served in the U.S. Marines and in 1957, he was living in Iona, Gloucester County, NJ.

On Saturday, March 1, 1958, he married Lori Ann Ubil and they had one child, Deborah Elizabeth.

Later, he was married twice more.

He died on May 2, 1995 in Broward County, Florida at the age of 56.
