Alfred A. Rehmann, Sr was born about 1912 in Winslow, Camden County, New Jersey. His parents were Christian Wilhelm and Ida (Scull) Rehmann.

He married Edna F. Garrison (circa 1914-24 Feb 2001)

The had  two children including Alfred A. Rehman, Jr. and a daughter.

In the 1930 census, he was listed as a laborer in an iron foundry and lived in Millville, Cumberland County, NJ. In 1940, he was a moldmaker at at Wheaton Glass Company in Millville with an annual income during the year of 1939 of $1,560.

In his spare time, he belonged to Nite Owls Campers Club, the Vineland Nature Club and was interested in the outdoors, gardening, bird watching and loved nature.

Alfred died on May 11, 2004 at his home in Vineland, Cumberland County, New Jersey at the age of 92. Edna died on February 24, 2001 at Bishop McCarthy Residence, 1045 East Chestnut Ave., Vineland, Cumberland County, NJ, aged 87 years. She had been was a member of the Broad Street United Methodist Church, Millville, Cumberland County, NJ.
