Wilhelmina Katherine Rehmann was born Friday, September 17, 1869 in New Jersey. She was the daughter of Wilhlem and Anna Marie (Rohm) Rehmann.

In the 1870 census, she was living with her family in Buena Vista Township, Atlantic County, NJ.
