Connor P. Rehmann was born on Wednesday, October 19, 1927 in Pennsylvania. He was the son of George, Jr. and Janet Rehmann.

In 1930, he lived with his family on East Schuylkill Road in Montgomery County, PA. Later they lived at 240 State Highway Route 100 in Chester County, PA.

Connor served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War from September 20, 1950 to December 12, 1951. He was part of the 903 Ordnance Heavy Auto Maintenance Company and was a corporal.

He died on October 28, 1984 in Virginia.
