Howard Rehmann was born on Wednesday, September 2, 1908 In Hammonton, New Jersey. He was the son of Daniel Conrad and Rosina (Woerner) Rehmann.

In the 1910 census, he was living with his parents and siblings on Maple Street in Hammonton.

Howard died on October 27, 1990 at the age of 82.
