Judy Ann (Stanley) Shelby was born February 11, 1945 in Flint, Genesee County, Michigan. She was the daughter of William Loyal and Evelyn (Holbeck) Stanley.

On July 12, 1969, she married Delmar Eugene "Gene" Shelby and they had four children:

1. Delmar Allen Shelby (1973-1978)

2. Anna (Shelby) Gilbert

3. Linda (Shelby) Palette

4. Dennis Shelby

Judy died on July 24, 2023 at the age of 78 and is buried in Vienna Township Cemetery, Vienna, Trumball County, Ohio.

Delmar who was born April 25, 1945 in Bernie, Stoddard County, Missouri, died on August 15, 2004 at the age of 59. He is also buried in Vienna Township Cemetery.
