Floy (Underwood) Exelby was born on January 20, 1890 as the daughter of  Arthur and Mamie (Boyce) Underwood.

She married Leon Exelby and they had three children:

1. Robert Exelby

2. Jane Exelby

3. Esther Exelby

Floy died in 1956 at the age of 66.
