  Bessie
May (Rehmann) Weldon was born on Monday, November
26, 1900 in Bridgeton, Cumberland County, New
Jersey. She was the fifth of six children of
George Charles Conrad and Ida Emmaline (White)
Rehmann.
At the age of 17 on
October 26, 1918, she married George Washington
Weldon in Glassboro, Gloucester County, NJ.
They had three
children:

Ida E. Weldon

Betty M. Weldon

James R. Weldon
By 1942, Bessie and
George are living at Cold Spring in
Cape May
County,
New Jersey.
Bessie died in
August, 1981 at the age of 80. George had preceded
her in death in September of 1975. He was 83 at the
time of his death. |
