Wilhelmina Sophia "Mina" or "Minnie" (Rehmann) Moore was born on Sunday, April 7, 1872 in New Jersey. She was the daughter of Christopher, Sr and Wilhelmina (Wolmelsdorf) Rehmann.

On Friday, April 11, 1880 at the age of 18, she married Nathaniel Moore, age 40. They had one daughter, Bertha P. (Moore) Heinecke and then were divorced on May 7, 1910.

In the 1900 census, Minnie, Nathaniel and Bertha were living on Railroad Avenue in Hammonton, Atlantic County, New Jersey. By the 1910 report Minnie and Bertha were living at 465 Egg Harbor Road in Hammonton and her niece, Anna Reibel was boarding with them. Minnie was working as a "laundress at home on her own account".

In 1920, she was working as a housekeeper at a residence on Eleventh Street in Hammonton. Anna was still living with Minnie as was Pearl Foster (circa 1905) who would later marry Minnie's nephew, Irving Rehmann, Sr. By 1930, she was living with her daughter, Bertha and her husband, William C. Heinecke at 1313 Hewson Street in Philadelphia.
