Caroline, Carlton and Rose Mary were cousins. Caroline was the daughter of John Laas.
Carlton was the son of John's sister, Fredericka (Laas) Burmeister and brother of Lucille (Burmeister) Lehmkuhl and Florence (Burmeister) Warner.
Rose Mary was the adopted child of William Laas who lived in Houston, Texas and attended many Heiden Family Reunions in the early years.
John, Fredericka and William were children of Dorothea (Regelin) Laas who was a cousin of Rika (Knaack) Heiden.
