This picture was originally made on a tintype. Henry and Ernst "Ernest" Heiden where two children of
August and Fredericka Heiden
who were born in Germany and came to America with them. Julius and
Henry Burgard were friends from the neighborhood.
 The
tintype of this picture was very faded and bad shape. After scanning
it and doing a little manipulation in PhotoShop, I was amazed that
it turned into a serviceable image.
