This is an abstract for the property at 8861 Dixon Road which was the home farm of William Carl and Mary (Rambow) Heiden from April 1, 1909 until their deaths in the 1960s.

It was sold to their son, William Frank Heiden in 1960, but they continued to live there on the east side of the house.  I'm not sure about the reason for having an abstract developed at this time. The fact that the Heinrich Heiden Estate for 8420 Dixon Road is shown would indicate that this was just after 1922 when Heinrich died suddenly in the field on his property.

I added the Dixon Road label for clarity purposes. The original of this document showed it as "River Road". That name also appears on the Census reports for the late 19th and early 20th century census reports. When or why it was changed to Dixon Road, I have not been able to find in the research.
