Ada Emma (Heiden) Robbins was born Aug 20, 1906 as the fourth child of Ernest and Anna (Knack) Heiden. She was born at the family home at 8925 South Custer Road and attended the one-room Fonia School which was located about a mile or so away at 11411 Trost Road through the 8th grade.

On May 19, 1934, she married DeGarmo Robbins and they had six boys and one girl. DeGarmo was born on October 1910 and passed away on September 24, 1975 at the age of 64.

The 1950 census shows Ada living at 8004 Nill Street in Ida, Michigan. Her parents were also listed as living at that address.

Ada passed away on May 28, 1987 at the age of 80. She had 24 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren when she passed.
