James William Heiden was the third child and first son of William Frank and Helen (Henning) Heiden. He was born on Thursday, July 30, 1942 at the family home.

He graduated from Dundee High School in 1960.

On September 14, 1963, Jim married Judy Ann Biccum at the Scofield Methodist Church.

Judy was born, Thursday, July 9, 1942 in Detroit and she also graduated from Dundee High School in 1960. They had three sons and the family lived in Brantford, Ontario near Toronto since 1982.

After high school, both Jim and Judy attended Cleary Business College in Ypsilanti. He received a business administration degree in 1973 and she earned a secretarial sciences degree in 1961.

Jim currently worked as an Accounting Manager for Flangex, Inc. in Brantford. Judy was a Patient Records Archivist at Brantford General Hospital.

In his spare time, Jim enjoyed working with the computer, reading, gardening, golf and woodworking. He was also active with the Lion's Club. Judy likes to do fitness walking, bake, read, garden and being a mother to her children.

On July 1, 2018, Jim passed away at the age of 75 in Brantford.
